Bomb Threat
Experience shows that the majority of bomb threats in schools are hoaxes and result in nothing more than disruption of the school routine. However, there is always the chance that a threat may be authentic so appropriate action will be taken in each case.
The building administrator and superintendent will be notified as soon as the threat is made. Students will be evacuated and a call made to 911.
All buildings are under the jurisdiction of the fire and sheriff departments until they are declared safe.
