Unauthorized Entry
In order to provide a safe and positive learning environment, all visitors to school buildings will be required to sign in and request a visitor's pass from the office. This applies to vendors, pest control agents, guest speakers, relatives of students, and patrons. The pass is the signal that the visitor is authorized to be in the building.
Any visitor to a school without a pass will be escorted to the office by a staff member. Refusal to comply with this policy will result in an immediate call to law enforcement and a lockdown.
The principal will notify the superintendent as soon as possible. The superintendent will take other actions as specified in the Crisis Plan.
