Random Drug and Alcohol Opt in / Opt out Form
All students participating in a KSHSAA activity or sport must have a signed opt in form on file.
If a student is under the age of 18 a parent must sign the form in order for their child to participate.

http://www.drugfree.org/ This link has a lot of really good information that parents can look through. It includes information on different drugs, how they are used, what they look like. Under the Get Help tab, it has a link to “I think my Child is Using” which takes you to other links to include in on behavioral cues, personal appearance cues, health issues, etc. There is also a helpline phone number associated with the organization.
