DIRECTIONS TO SCHOOLS
Atchison Middle School: (46 miles north of PLMS)(825 N. 17th Street) Take 24 East to Williamstown, turn left and head north on 59. Go 25 miles. Turn right on US 59/KS-4E. Go 16 miles into Atchison. Turn left on S 14th St. Go .03 miles, then turn left on to Main Street/KS-7. Go .04 miles and turn right onto KS 7/17th St/N17th St. Go approximately one mile.
Basehor-Linwood Middle School: (41 miles East of PLMS) Go east on Hwy 24 towards Lawrence. Turn left on Hwy 24 towards Tonganoxie and travel approximately 2 miles. Turn right on Hwy 32 towards Linwood/Bonner Springs. Go approximately 15 miles and turn left/north on 158th Street. Go approximately 3 miles and BLMS will be located on your left/west side of road. Glenwood Ridge Elementary will be located on the right/east side of the road.
Carbondale: (38 miles southwest of PLMS) (315 N. 5th St., Carbondale, KS)
Go west on Hwy 24 towards Topeka – 12.3 miles. Merge onto KS-4 W and go 4.5 miles. Merge onto I-470 W (Toll) and go 5.9 miles. Take Exit 177 toward US 75/Topeka/Salina/South Topeka Blvd. – go .09 miles. Take Exit 5 -US 75 /Burlingame RD and turn left. Go .04 miles and turn left again on SW42nd Street. Merge onto US 75 S toward Lyndon. Go 12.3 miles. Take the exit toward Carbondale.
Clark Middle School:(30 miles east of PLMS in Bonner Springs on Hwy 32) (420 n Bluegrass Dr.) Head East on HWY 24 towards Lawrence. Turn left on HWY 24 towards Tonganoxie. Turn right on HWY 32 towards Bonner Springs. Follow Hwy 32 into Bonner Springs.
Eudora Middle School: (25 miles east of PLMS on Hwy 10) (2635 Church St.) Take Hwy 10 east of Lawrence. Take Eudora exit, for track and football head north. Football field/track is on the left side of the road 1/4 mile up. To get to the Middle School go south on Church St. The middle school is on your right.
Hiawatha Middle School: (84 miles north of PLMS) (307 S Morrill Ave, Hiawatha, KS) Head west on HWY 24 towards Topeka. Merge onto US 75 north toward Holton. Go 53 miles and turn east on Hwy 36. Go 11.3 miles and take the US-73/US-159 ramp towards Hiawatha/Horton. Turn left and go .06 miles. Turn right onto E. Iowa Street and go .01 miles. Turn left onto S. Morrill Ave and go .01 miles. School on right.
Holton Middle School: (56 miles northwest of PLMS on US 75) Turn right at stoplight on US 75 (Dairy Queen sits to the right). Middle School's address is 9th and Iowa. The school sits on the north side of the road.
Jefferson County North Middle School: (30 miles from PLMS in Nortonville) North of 59 Hwy to K4 (approx 25 miles). Turn right (east) and the school is on the left (north) side of road.
Jeff West Middle School: (18 miles northwest of PLMS in Meriden on K-4) Turn left at the first road after Golden Pizza; the school is about 1/4 mile on the right. Used to be Jeff West High School.
Lansing Middle School: (50 miles from PLMS on K7, US 73) When arriving in Lansing, go past the Prison and look for Ida Street. Turn west on Ida and go approximately 1 mile to the school.
Lexington Trails Middle School (8800 Penner Avenue, DeSoto KS): (34 miles east of PLMS on K-10) Take the DeSoto exit and go left. The school is about 1 mile on the left.
Logan Jr. High School: (16 miles west of PLMS) Go west on 24, right on NW Lyman Road to Logan Jr. High. 1124 NW Lyman Rd, Topeka, KS )
Mill Creek Middle School: (8001 Mize Rd, Lenexa KS): (40 miles east of PLMS) East on K-10. Take the DeSoto Exit and go left. Stay on Lexington Ave through Desoto. It will turn into 83rd Street. Because of construction at the intersection of Mize and 83rd, there will be a slight detour. Take the detour at the Mize/83rd intersection, go north on Clare Rd, west on 79th St. then South on Mize Rd. The school is on the East.
Monticello Trails Middle School (DeSoto East): (40 miles east of PLMS) Take Hwy 24 east to Hwy 32 east, go through Bonner Springs until you get to Hwy 7. Follow Hwy 7 south the 55th Street, turn left, follow 55th Street to Monticello Rd. turn right, follow Monticello Rd. The school sits on the west side of the road.
Oskaloosa Middle School: (15 miles north of PLMS on Hwy 59) Turn left at Warren Street and proceed to the 4-way stop.
Piper Middle School:(50 miles northeast of PLMS) (4420 N 107th St.) Take US 24 east, it will turn into State Ave and will go along the north side of the Kansas Speedway. Take a left on 110th (Hutton Rd.) School is 4 miles on left.
Pleasant Ridge Middle School: (Easton)(37 miles northeast of PLMS) Take 59 Hwy north for 19.4 miles; turn right (east) on KS 192 for 15.4 miles to Easton. Go through Easton; the school is 5 miles east at the junction of K192 & US 73.
Riverside Middle School: (68 miles northeast of PLMS) (204 N 12th St, Elwood, KS) Take Hwy 24 East to Williamstown, go north on US 59. Follow US 59 for 66.5 miles to Roseport Rd in Elwood. Follow Roseport Rd west 0.4 miles and turn north at S 7th St. After 0.4 miles turn west at Vermont St. After 0.4 miles turn north on N 12th St, the middle school will be on the west side of the street.
Rossville Jr/Sr High School: (32 miles west of PLMS) Take US 24 west to Rossville, turn left on Main Street to High School. 800 S Main Street.
Royal Valley Junior High: (46 miles northwest of PLMS on US 75 in Mayetta) Take the first exit into Mayetta and proceed approximately 2-3 blocks. The Junior High sits on the east side of the town.
Sabetha Middle School: (78 miles northwest of PLMS) (751 Blue Jay Blvd, Sabetha, KS) Head west on Hwy 24 towards Topeka. Merge onto US-75 N toward Holton. Travel 58 miles and take the exit towards Main Street. Go .03 miles. Turn left onto 270th street/Oregon St., go .03 miles. Turn left onto 270th/Oregon St. Turn left onto Blue Jay BLVD. School is on right.
Silver Lake Junior High: (35 miles west of PLMS on US 24) Turn right on Lake Street; two blocks further to the school. The Junior High and High School are combined into one building.
St. Marys Middle School: (40 miles west of PLMS) (601 East Lasley Street, St. Marys) Head west on HWY 24 towards Topeka. Stay on 24 for 40 miles. Turn left on S. Grand Ave and go .02 miles. Turn left onto E. Lasley St and go .01 miles. School on right.
Tonganoxie Middle School: (25 miles east of PMS on US 24) The Middle School sits along the highway along the curve taking you east.
